Company Profile

Following is an excerpt from an ABS Breeders Journal article focusing on "Young Guns in the A.I. industry". This gives a great look at our team.

The western U.S. is not without their share of young guns. Adam and Jennifer Noble of Loma, CO give a new meaning to team effort. Both Adam and Jennifer have rich family histories in the beef industry. Adam’s grandparents ran around 200 mother cows, primarily Herefords, in Southwestern Colorado. While in college, Adam worked as a cowboy on a ranch and feedlot operation in Northeastern Colorado, followed by managing a small feedlot operation. Jennifer’s love for the cattle industry started out early on with her family's purebred Simmental herd, Altenburg Simmentals. While earning her degree in Animal Science, Jennifer was a member of the Northeastern Junior College and Colorado State livestock judging teams. When Adam and Jennifer met and married, their combined passion for the industry set the ball in motion. With their own personal cowherd thriving, they were offered to opportunity to join ABS. They moved their young family including their two little girls ages 2 and 5 to Western Colorado. Adam and Jennifer chose ABS because, “it gave us the opportunity to be involved in the beef industry. With the love and passion for the industry and knowledge of the difficulties surrounding producers in western Colorado we wanted to share our knowledge and help where we could. When the area became available we immediately knew it was a great chance, not only to work the Western slope but SERVE the western slope.”

Adam and Jennifer are always striving to provide the best service. “By staying ever conscious of the changing technologies and genetics we strive to always have some new benefit or tidbit of information to share. By providing customers with informational meetings, newsletters and with a new web page to be up and running mid spring, we try to meet any and all of the customers needs. Simply selling semen is not enough, there are too many semen salesman around to be average. Our slogan says it all “Noble Genetics, Your leading-edge team for AI management,” says Jennifer.

Adam and Jennifer’s area encompasses most of the western slope of Colorado and presents them with unique challenges that they strive to assist their customer with. “The vastness of our territory that cattlemen must overcome is a huge issue. So many of our customers run in large, remote areas of country. It is extremely important that we offer ways that allow for successfully synchronizing and breeding cattle with the least amount of labor required. Also, due to the elevation in most of the areas here in Western Colorado, we stay in close contact with leading authorities on PAP. These same producers are ever cognizant of the carcass quality issues and strive to produce cattle that have a lot to offer to the industry. All of these issues combined are of utmost importance as we help our customers work towards a high quality, functional set of females,” says Adam.
